1. Design Service
Our experienced email designers (from the e-see digital team), can design and code an on-brand great looking HTML email that will work across all email readers.
This can be uploaded to your MailMachine account as a reusable template that you can send out yourself, or we can run the whole email campaign for you.
2. Self-service Campaigns
Simply login select your pre-designed template, fill in your content, select a subscriber list and click Send. It couldn't be easier.
You can also bring-your-own design(HTML), upload and send.
Or for an even simpler solution, send Text only and still benefit from all the list management, reporting and integration features.
3. List Management
MailMachine takes the pain out of list management by handling the messy stuff like bounces and unsubscribes automatically.
Whether you've got a small list, or need to get your hands dirty with segmenting, personalization and autoresponders we've got you covered.
4. Response Measurement
Great looking reports that let you measure the effectiveness of every campaign you send.

FAQ
Why would I pay to send my email newsletter? Can't I just use Outlook or Apple Mail?
This one is easy - for the reports and for the automated opt-outs.
MailMachine™ provides invaluable feedback and data that you can use for reports, for understanding your audience better or even to help refine your marketing strategy.
Secondly, anti-spam legislation now requires you to provide an easy to use mechanism for recipients to opt out of your email list. MailMachine automates opt-outs, even across multiple lists and helps you stay compliant.
MailMachine also provides you with a free sign-up forms that you can place on your websites or blogs. Perfect to place on your home page!
How does billing work?
Great question!
Depending on certain criteria you will either be billed directly via credit card or you will be sent a monthly invoice for the MailMachine service.
If your MailMachine account is being charged via credit card, then you will be asked to pay just before you send your newsletter or campaign. This is totally safe and secure.
If you are billed via monthly invoice, payment is to be made 20th month following date of invoice.
Regardless of the billing method we use, you will only ever pay for what you use. So for example, if you send only 4 campaigns per year, that is fine!
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. There is no account setup or monthly access fee*, which some service providers charge. You only pay for what you use. $20 per campaign delivery fee + 5 cents per subscriber. That's it!
* Monthly subscriptions are optionally available and required if you want to use Autoresponders
What about GST?
For New Zealand customers we have to add GST (obviously as a business you'll claim that back). For Non NZ customers no GST is payable.
Am I locked into using you guys to design our template?
Absolutely not. If you already have a designer, that is fine. We will provide special 'tags' that can be placed into the HTML email design by your designer.
How is our subscriber list managed?
We provide you, as part of our service, with a subscriber form that you can place on your web page. We will also host your subscriber list free of charge, as part of our service. However we recommend you keep a backup copy of your subscriber list.
What if I want to stop using MailMachine?
For whatever reason you may have for wanting to stop using the MailMachine service, you simply export your subscriber list, download your email templates and then let us know. We then remove your account and there will be no additional charges. That it.

1. Login and Create a new campaign
Login to app.mailmachine.co.nz and create a new campaign. Give it a name, set the From address and Subject name.
The moment you add your own content we'll automatically save your draft so you can come back and finish it later.
2. Pick a template.
Select a preconfigured email template from your template library*. Each email you send can utilize a different design template.
*You can upload your own design templates or use our Design Service.
3. Add/edit your email content.
Use the live online editor to see your email as you build it. You can add your own text and images to a template, or upload your own design HTML.
4. Pick a subscriber list.
You can select one or more of your exisiting subscriber lists or upload a new list of subscribers.
You can use automatically created lists, upload a spreadsheet or manually enter subscribers on the fly.
5. Test your email.
Before you hit send - send a test email to yourself. You can also run a (optional but recommended) design and spam test. MailMachine will check your email against a long list of known email readers and spam filters and report back the results in real-time.
Design and Spam tests incur a fee of NZ$10.
6. Go on. It's OK. Hit send.
Once you're happy with your email, send yourself a test version to check it out. Then, send immediately or schedule it for delivery at a later time.
This way you can build your campaigns in advance and schedule them for delivery tomorrow, next month or any time in between
Once you click send we'll bill you for the campaign.
7. Watch - it's addictive.
